I have sensitive information/run a kids club etc. How safe is my data?

Very safe is the answer. We use excellent data encryption to make sure no-one can tap into your data (used by all the major financial institutions). Furthermore you which users get to look at which information. Everything is geared up to safe, responsible use of data and strict data protection!

How good is the support?

We like to think our support is excellent. Typically support requests are answered within hours, but certainly within a 24 hr period (Monday to Friday). If you have a problem we want to help you resolve it quickly and easily so expect us to be friendly and keen!

There's a feature I would like / there's features I don't need.

Every organisation is slightly different in the way they do things. We believe we've covered most of the bases with our software. However you probably have lots of good ideas. Please share them with us. The software is regularly updated and we want to make it perfect for you, so if you have a good recommendation we'll try to implement it.

Can we use your software? We're in the USA/Germany/South Africa/...

Yes! We are an international company: our servers are based in the States, we're based in Edinburgh and we speak a fair smattering of German, French, Italian and (very little!) Spanish. We welcome clubs from all over the world to use our software.

We're an organisation with lots of clubs. Can they all use it?

Yes! We provide a licensing system for organisations. Every group gets their own version of the software to use. You can also buy our Silicon Dragon Admin Software which allows you to collect summary information for each of the individual clubs. This is a great system because it standardises data collection within your organisation.

I'm just a single club. Is your software right for me?

Of course - we provide our own hosting so you can have your own version of the software running on our servers.
